Each harvest is different from the previous one, and this year has been even more unusual than others with an unprecedented health protocol and a very early season.

We started the harvest on August 26th: it’s the 5th time for us since the early 2000s that the harvest has begun so early. The harvest was very heterogeneous; while the Pinot Noirs and Meuniers were ready for the first cuts, the Chardonnay deserved to wait for another week.

In the end, the harvest was of high quality, promising well for the upcoming blends.
